REGAL PLACE
This project transformed a classic 1964, 38-unit apartment building in a prime Studio City location. Honoring the integrity of its Mid-Century Modern, Post and Beam architecture, Studio Zimmermann executed a full update to create a sophisticated, modern residential experience. The result is a bright, highly detailed, and contemporary design that celebrates the building's authentic Southern California architectural heritage.
